About the Apartment

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with 2 single beds, has patio doors which lead onto the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower/ bath and one with a shower, both have toilets and sinks.

We provide the guests with one hand towel and a large towel, as well as clean sheets, pillows and dish cloths.

It is requested that smoking is restricted to the terrace areas only — smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the apartment.

House Rules — Please Read Carefully

As a client, you are expected to respect the house rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. Please look at these house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems. Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience.

Apartment

  1. Please don’t smoke in the apartment. Smoke on the terrace or outside and please do not throw cigarette butts down into the gardens or patios.
  2. Please do not use tap water in the kettle. Tap water destroys the kettle and can cause contamination of the water.
  3. Please respect our garden balcony and plants.
  4. Please refrain from hanging clothes over the balcony.
  5. Please refrain from putting hot plates down on cold surfaces; this can leave marks on work tops etc.
  6. Please remember that floor tiles can be quite slippery when wet. Please bear this in mind when taking a shower or bath.
  7. It is important that you place all valuables in the safe provided. We do not take any responsibility for items lost or stolen.
  8. It is important that you park your car in the dedicated car parking space allocated to the apartment. Details of this car parking space will outlined by our representative. All cars are parked at the owner’s risk.
  9. We would kindly ask our clients to respect the apartment and its soft furnishings. Our apartment is furnished to a high level.

General

  1. Please respect our neighbours — normal working people who need to get up early and go to work every day so please respect the noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartments. Parties are not allowed.
  2. Main lobby and other communal entrance doors should be kept closed and locked at all times. Strangers should never be admitted and any suspicious behaviour immediately reported to the local Spanish Police: telephone 092.
  3. Children and minors should not be left unsupervised in common areas. In the particular the swimming pools area, underground car park, stairwells and bin bays. These areas present significant hazards and are not safe for unaccompanied children.
  4. Quiet Hours: Monday–Friday: 22.00 to 9.00 am; Saturday–Sunday: 24.00 to 10.00 am.
  5. Please turn off the air–conditioning or lights if you leave the apartment, we would like to try and conserve energy.
  6. BBQs are not permitted on the terrace.
  7. Tourist tip — please lock the doors securely behind you and only take what you need with you for the day.
  8. Please do not leave the rubbish in the apartment when you check out. You can leave it in the special rubbish bins on the street every night and it will be collected by the relevant personnel.
  9. Please note that the check out time is 11.00 am as we need to clean the apartment prior to the next check–in. Please let us know if you need a later check out time.
